Every Grant Vetiver project begins with a complimentary 30-minute virtual appointment, a space to connect, listen, and align. This initial conversation allows us to understand your vision, explore your needs, and determine how our studio can best support your goals.
During this session, we’ll:

ON-SITE + REVIEW ANALYSIS (2 HOURS)

Following the consultation, we conduct a dedicated on-site or in-home review. This immersive session includes:

Interior Measurements: Capturing precise dimensions to inform spatial clarity.

Exterior Photography: Documenting context, architecture, and natural surroundings.
-
Narrative Exploration: Deepening understanding of lifestyle rhythms, brand story, or personal narrative.

Material & Image Review: Collecting floorplans, architectural drawings, and inspiration images to enrich the design direction.

Credited toward the overall project investment if the client moves forward.

If the client chooses not to proceed, the $175 is non-refundable and recognized as compensation for the consultation, research, and analysis provided.
Through site visits, narrative mapping, and curated mood boards, we translate lived experience into spatial direction.
Our tailored proposal outlines scope, timeline, and investment, designed to move forward with clarity, purpose, and shared excitement.
